A lot of people live with beliefs that egg has to be consumed on an everyday basis as it has many ingredients important for human beings.
Yet we all know how chickens are kept and how tortured they are. Thus we made a list of few vegan substitutes for eggs.
The fist one is Flax seed. Mix 1Tbs of Flaxseed with 3-4 Tbs of water. You will get a puree after blending it for 1-2 minutes. The second one is 1Tbs Chia Seed and 1/3 of a cup of water. Mix it and let it sit for at least 15 minutes. Another very simple is half of banana, mashed.
4. 1 Tbs of arrowroot mixed with 3 Tbs of Water.
5. Have a quarter of applesauce .
6. Take 2 Tbs of Cornstarch and mix it with 3 Tbs of water.
7. Mix 1 Tbs of soy protein powder with 3 Tbs of water.
8. Take 3 Tbs of Peanut butter.
9. 1/4 cup of silken Tofu in nutrient as 1 egg.
10. Mix 2Tbs Baing Powder with 2 Tbs of water and 1 Tbs of Oil.
11. Put 3 Tbs of chickpea flour into 3 Tbs of water.
